PHILIP P. RENUART, Vice President. Mr. Renuart was born and raised in Coral Gables, Florida where he majored in Business Administration at the University of Miami. After serving in the U.S. Army, he worked 8 years for RBC Lumber Yards in sales. He then took a position as territorial manager for Pratt and Lambert Paint Company in Jacksonville, Florida. Thereafter, Mr. Renuart became involved in the automobile business in Greenville, South Carolina.

He has over 35 years experience in fast-food restaurant management. In 1968, he purchased Burger King #261 from Robert Bennett and subsequently co-developed additional restaurants in Kalamazoo, Michigan and Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Mr. Renuart is a member of the National Restaurant Association and the Michigan Restaurant Association. He has served as President of the Kalamazoo Chapter of the National Restaurant Association and is a past President of the Michigan Soft Serve and Fast Food Association. He also served as a member of the Burger King Corporation’s Facilities Council. He has been actively engaged in supporting his community through work with the Kalamazoo Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club and the Small Business Bureau.
