President

DAVID M. CHANDLER, is the President and C.O.O. of Bennett Management Corp. (BMC), which is a parent company for thirty-one Burger King Restaurants and thirty-eight real estate holdings. He has been associated with the family-owned business for over twenty-five years. Mr. Chandler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University, graduating in 1980.

He began his career with Bennett Management Corp. in December of 1981 as an Assistant Manager at Burger King #1333, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was General Manager of Burger King #3568 before being promoted & relocating to Toledo, Ohio as the Director of Training. Shortly, thereafter David was promoted to District Manager supervising seven Burger Kings restaurants in the Toledo, Ohio and Monroe, Michigan Markets.

In 1987, Mr. Chandler assumed the position of Vice President, Management and Sales Development. On January 1, 1990, Mr. Chandler was promoted to the Vice President of Operations with supervision over thirty-one Burger King restaurants. In August 1999, David assumed his current role of President and C.O.O..

David Chandler is very active in the Burger King franchise community. He is a past President of the Great Lakes Franchisee Association and has served on the Burger King Corporation's "Operations, Technology & Profitability Committee" and on the "Marketing Advisory Committee". David is also a representative on the Ohio Bun Committee and also serves on the Local Distribution Committee for the Maines-Oakwood Distribution Center.

When not managing the business, Mr. Chandler enjoys time with his wife, Lisa, and two children Jennifer & Joshua. He also enjoys tennis, golf, boating, and a variety of other outdoor activities.
